Anichebe injury adds to Moyes’ woes

Everton’s threadbare squad was depleted further yesterday with an injury incurred on international duty by striker Victor Anichebe. The forward suffered a groin strain whilst helping Nigeria to a 2-0 victory over Madagascar, and is expected to be out for three weeks.
