Suarez evidence was unreliable
The Football Association has labelled the evidence provided by Liverpool striker Luis Suarez as unreliable, after the FA released a report into the allegations surrounding the racial abuse of Manchester United player Patrice Evra.
The report released by the FA concludes that the image of English football around the world has been damaged by Suarez’s actions.
It continues by stating that two similar offences in the future would lead to a permanent suspension for the Uruguayan international.
Suarez was given an eight match ban by the FA and fined £40,000 for the incident that occurred during the Liverpool vs Manchester match at Anfield on 15th October last year.
