edenhazard 150x111 Premiership clubs monitoring HazardThe likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City are all monitoring the situation surrounding Lille and Belgian star Eden Hazard, after the 21 year old has admitted he wants to move to England in the summer.

Hazard who has been a long time target of Arsenal, was thought to be off the North London clubs radar, but after a number of poor performances, Arsene Wenger could be persuaded to smash the transfer record at The Emirates.

Likewise, Chelsea had been in negotiations with Lille and were at one stage close to securing first options on the Belgian international. However, both Chelsea and Arsenal will also face stiff competition from both Manchester sides.

Hazard is regarded as one of the best up and coming players in European football.

    He says England, so its Chelsea or City. Only they will spend 40M. City have too many stars on the bench, so Chelsea is most likely. They need a winger.
