Moyes looking at more loans
Everton are understood to have contacted Paris Saint Germain to sound out the possibility of a loan deal involving Guillaume Hoarau.
Hoarau is a French international striker who has been with Paris Saint Germain for almost four years. His career in Paris started with a bang and he lived up to his high billing, and he was subsequently the subject of an £8million bid by Lyon. PSG rejected that offer and subsequently tied Hoarau down to a long-term contract. Unfortunately, however, since the 2009-10 season, he has struggled to score regularly.
Hoarau now finds himself on the substitutes bench at Paris Saint Germain and would like to leave, either permanently or on loan, in order to play his way back into the French national side in time for the European Championships. Whilst Ancelotti is thought to prefer keeping the player, should Paris Saint Germain sign an additional striker before the transfer window closes, he has agreed to allow Hoarau to leave initially on loan.
David Moyes will face stiff competition in his bid to sign Hourau. Both Fulham and Sevilla are understood to be interested, although we understand that Everton are the first club to have made any contact with Paris Saint Germain.
