Liverpool and Tottenham after Juventus winger
Liverpool and Tottenham are chasing Juventus’ Serbian international winger Milos Krasic.
Krasic, 27, has spent the majority of his career in Russia with CSKA Moscow. He enjoyed much success with CSKA including a UEFA Cup winners medal in 2005.
His performances in Russia convinced Juventus to sign him for a fee around £15million in July 2010 and that move instantly paid dividends. He was in rich form early on in his Juventus career laying on many goals for his teammates and chipping in with his fair share also, including a hat-trick against Cagliari.
This season, however, he has found appearances hard to come by and slipped way down the pecking order. Even still, from his seven league outings he has netted on one occasion, which is not to be sniffed at considering he has not be given a sustained run in the side.
Krasic is surplus to requirements at Juventus and they are looking to offload him during this transfer window.
Both Liverpool and Tottenham are interested in his services, but both would prefer to sign him temporarily on loan with a view to a permanent transfer when the summer transfer window opens due to the fee that Juventus are demanding.
