Chelsea winger completes French loan deal

Gael Kakuta who has yet to make a first team appearance for Chelsea this season has joined French side Dijon on loan, which will last until the end of the current season.

The French under 21 international joined Chelsea in 2007 from Lens, joining their youth setup, but has so far in the 4 years he has been with the club failed to break into the first team, on a consistent basis.

With only 6 first team appearances for Chelsea to his name, Kakuta spent spells on loan to Bolton and Fulham last season.

Kakuta is contracted to the Stamford Club until 2015.
