willian 150x150 Chelsea can sign Brazilian star if they pay £28 millionShakhtar Donetsk have told Chelsea that they can sign Brazilian midfielder Willian, if they up their current offer of £20 million to £28 million.

On Saturday Footie Online reported that Chelsea had already made an initial approach for the 23 year old, in a move that all but closes the door on Chelsea signing Lille star, Eden Hazard this month.

The 23 year old Willian   has been trailed by clubs such as Arsenal  who tried to sign him last summer, rose to prominence during last season’s Champions League campaign for Shakhtar. With his performances helping the Ukrainian side into the knockout stages of Europe’s premier club competition.

Capped twice by the Brazilian national side, Willian offers versatility being able to play just behind the strikers or on the left side of midfield.

    Chelsea should go and get him. He will blend
    well with the likes of David luiz, and Ramires. By the way,his value is not too expensive compared to the huge amount we spent on Torres. Thanks. Blues 4 life.

    I dont know d problem of Chelsea, you are bid 40m for modric why cant u Avoid 28m on dis guy. Anyway i dont support chelsea cos of player, i support dem cos of 3 tins ,(1)chelsea is my name,(2)Blues is my colour, (3) Stamford Bridge is my home.

    pls AVB, kindly find it in ur heart to sign dis young man (wiliams) dat has a future worth. i watched him played against Roma last yr in ECL and he was fantastic. he definitely can form a pefect pattner wit Mata so as to deliver dose killer pass Torres needs to band the goals. pls save chealsea football wit good players cos our game is really going down. also consider using luiz in the midfield, he will excel.

    dou av not watched him play buh i tink wat chelsea need right now is a *creative player and who can decide wen goten a slim chance*..if ds guy has d potential, y on earth will chelsea or AVB delay in bringing him down?…food for thought– dont wait for other clubs bidding for players before making the move, its not always profitin..good luck

    I believe if chelsea can sign both William and Hazard, it will be added advantage to the Blues. Bcos playing William at the left midfield and Hazard at the right midfield with Mata holding the supporting strikers role, i believe the winning and creativity spark lost in chelsea team will be reclaim. chelsea go for the duo, they are still young and worth the price. Imagine how we lose Aguero then. see what he is doing for Man City now.
