Arshavin has no future at Arsenal
Arsenal record signing Andrey Arshavin has no future at the Emirates and is deemed as surplus to requirements, with the Gunners hopeful of being able to move the 30 year old on, sooner rather than later.
Arshavin who joined Arsenal three years ago, has failed to reproduce his best form on a consistent basis and as a result Arsene Wenger is open to offers for the player.
The Sunday Mirror is of the view, that any money spent in the January window by Arsenal will be solely dependent on whether Arsenal are able to sell Arshavin, with any monies raised being afforded to Wenger to use this month to bring in players.

How about “The Arsenal management and coaching team has failed to create the conditions where the player could reproduce his best form on a consistent basis, favouring instead less capable players despite their egregious failure to live up to expectations”? Or does this contravene the quasi-religious assumption of managerial infallibility?

What kind of half wit article is this? No future? Really? Henry took a whle before discovering hs best form, same as Fabregas, Flamini, Viera, Walcott. All of whom have had their fair share of rough patches. Arshavin is as good a midfielder as they come-get that clear. Dont push your own retarded hypothesis-alter theories to suit facts. Not the other way round.

At least Arshavin played reguarly to prove that he is not adapting well with Arsenal. Poor Park, no chance to prove and left for ‘dead’.

I just don’t understand why our January transfer dealings/budget depends on selling arshavin. We must have money left over from the sales of clichy, nasri and cesc? It is very frustrating. I do not believe we will see the signings is fans would love, if any. I think the Henry deal is z good one, but not enough. We have to bring in 1 or 2 quality signings, and possibly a loan left back. Surely we should spend 20 odd million, rather than miss out on champions league and around 30-40 million from the competition.
